Creating beautiful floral cupcakes is a passion of mine and they are perfect if you are looking for an alternative to traditional tiered wedding cakes. My beautiful floral cupcakes can be tailored to your wedding colour scheme or theme and they are presented in a stunning cupcake tower which will truly give your special day the wow factor and are sure to be a sweet success with all your guests!

In addition to the floral cupcakes, a single tiered cake or a large cupcake cake can also be added to the cupcake tower to complement the cupcake tower and a range of flavours are available

Alternatively if you have already sourced your wedding cake and you are looking for floral cupcakes as gifts for the bridal party or wedding guests then I do offer individually boxed cupcakes which make for nice wedding favours or beautiful cupcake sleeves and cupcake bouquets which are ideal as wedding gifts.

The price for each wedding cake will vary according to the design and amount of customisation required. All our cakes are made using the finest quality ingredients which can be tailored to suit your requirements and we also offer vegan options.

Why do I need a professional? Can’t I just make my cake myself?

Having recently got married this year in June 2022 and taking on the task of creating over 100 floral cupcakes for our wedding the day before, I know too well how stressful that was! Having a professional cake maker create your wedding cupcakes and/or a cake, means that all the stress in the lead up to the wedding has been taken care of and it’s one less thing to worry about!

A lot of people underestimate how long it takes to perfect the art of piping floral cupcakes as mixing up a beautiful colour palette and adding all the little finishing touches to the buttercream flowers takes a lot more time than people realise and the last thing you would want to be doing is being covered in buttercream, the day before your wedding!

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you have a date in mind, I highly recommend that you book in as soon as possible. I offer an initial quote based on requirements for your wedding cupcakes so that it will give you an idea of cost. Once you are happy to proceed, a small deposit is required to secure your date and then we arrange a phone call to start the planning process of your wedding cupcakes.

How much of my budget should I allocate to your services?

Wedding cupcakes are bespoke to each and every wedding as they are dependent on the floral designs and the quantity required. The initial quote that is supplied to you will give you a good idea of initial cost and what you will need to budget for.

Are there any hidden ‘extras’ I should look out for?

I provide a comprehensive detailed breakdown in my quotes of all the extras which are in addition to your wedding cupcake/cake and these can include some of the following items: – hire and collection of cupcake stands, delivery to the venue and set up fee on the day of the wedding.

There are no hidden extra’s and all the costs will be discussed upfront. The final quote always requires your approval before you are invoiced for the outstanding balance

How does your creative process work? Do we work together on ideas?

I always encourage my clients to provide me with photos or images of colours or flowers that they have in mind for their floral cupcakes and we discuss at great lengths on what your vision is for the day. I work really hard to create your exact design requirements but equally if you are happy to leave me to have free creative reign, I am more than happy to create a beautiful and stunning display of floral cupcakes for your special day.

How do you suggest we accommodate all the dietary needs of my guests – gluten, allergies, vegan etc?

Dietary requirements are discussed in the early stages of our meeting and I can offer vegan options. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer gluten free or cater to any allergies as I do not have a separate area in my kitchen dedicated specifically to catering for allergies and the risk of cross contamination is too high.

Cupcake fillings, cupcake toppers, sprinkles and other edible decorations can also be added to cupcakes at additional cost. A small surcharge may also be incurred for vegan cupcakes to cover the cost of any specialist ingredients. Please inform us of special requirements on your enquiry.
